AM / DM / Manager / AGM / DGM / GM / AVP - Real Estate Project Manager

Key Responsibilities (increase in complexity with seniority):

• Plan and execute real estate development projects (residential, commercial, mixed-use) from concept to handover
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for design, approvals, and execution
• Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and cost estimates
• Monitor construction progress through regular site visits and progress reviews
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, HSE norms, and regulatory compliance (RERA, local municipal, environmental)
• Resolve technical and execution-related issues across project stages
• Liaise with procurement and vendor management teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
• Track project risks and initiate corrective measures to avoid delays or cost overruns
• Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and communication with leadership and stakeholders
• Mentor junior engineers and site staff; manage cross-functional project teams (Manager level and above)
• Oversee project audits, milestone certifications, and client handovers (for GM/AVP levels)
