Boomlet - Creative Lead

Overview :

We are a Mumbai-based integrated marketing communications agency offering services in Influencer Marketing, Content Production, and Strategic Communications.

We're looking for a dynamic Creative Lead to head our shared Creative Services team.

This role will work across business units to develop client pitches, lead creative execution, manage the agency's social and PR presence, and drive standout campaign ideas.

You'll lead a team of designers, writers, strategists, and editors, playing a key role in elevating our creative output.

Key Responsibilities :

Creative Strategy & Campaign Development :

• Drive concept development for campaigns and pitches across digital, social, and video platforms.
• Partner with account and strategy teams to translate briefs into strong creative ideas.
• Maintain high creative standards that align with both client goals and brand vision.
