The Role : Senior Flutter Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Flutter Engineer to own our cross-platform mobile application stack for iOS and Android.

This is a high-ownership role where you will be critical in delivering multi-channel access and a seamless user experience, bringing the power of our AI-driven solutions directly into the hands of our diverse user base.

Experience Level : Senior (4+ year’s software engineering experience Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities

• Mobile Architecture & Roadmap : Own the end-to-end mobile architecture and technical roadmap for the Flutter application, ensuring a robust and scalable codebase.
• AI Feature Integration : Integrate secure RESTful APIs and backend microservices, ensuring efficient data exchange for AI-powered features, including secure auth flows, offline sync, and caching strategies.
• Deployment & Release Management : Lead the complete mobile application lifecycle, including rigorous testing, debugging, and managing production releases to both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Performance & Testing : Define and implement an automated testing strategy (unit, widget, integration) and configure CI / CD pipelines for mobile releases. Instrument performance metrics, crash reporting, and analytics.
• UI / UX Implementation : Collaborate closely with the UI / UX team to translate complex SaaS designs into pixel-perfect, responsive user interfaces.
• Mentorship & Collaboration : Participate in code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and drive mobile best practices across the team.
