Aroson Foods Pvt Ltd is the parent company behind  "SNACC" , a fast-growing clean-label snacking brand that focuses on taste, transparency, and trust. We are expanding across modern trade, exports, e-commerce, and quick-commerce and are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our next phase of growth.

Role Overview

This is a full-time employment position (not a contract or partnership role). The CEO will lead business strategy, oversee operations, build teams, and scale SNACC as a consumer FMCG brand in India.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop long-term growth strategies across retail, modern trade, exports, and e-commerce.
• Oversee P&L, financial planning, product portfolio, and new market expansion.
• Build and lead cross-functional teams : operations, marketing, sales, finance, supply chain.
• Establish strategic relationships with retailers, distributors, agencies, and investors.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.

Salary : ₹24-30 LPA
