Job descriptionCertifications such as MicroStrategy Certified System Administrator (Cloud), Qlik Sense System Administrator, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate. Experience supporting CI / CD workflows (GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) for BI or analytics platform deployments. Familiarity with AIOps or automated monitoring practices to improve platform stability and reduce manual effort. Background in large-scale enterprise BI environments, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

Job Location : Bangalore
Experience : 10-15 years

Must Have :
- Hands-on experience administering Snowflake, MicroStrategy SaaS, Qlik, Looker, or Semarchy.
- Strong expertise with AWS services relevant to BI platforms (RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM, VPC).
- Proficiency in observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch, or Prometheus) for monitoring and alerting.
- Proven track record of incident response and root cause analysis for high-severity platform incidents.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) and scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.) for automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across engineering and BI / reporting teams.
