Position Details :

💼 Type : Full-Time (Immediate Joining Preferred)

💰 Salary : Based on experience

Summary

Own our automation stack with n8n, design reliable workflows, cut manual work, and ship measurable impact.

Responsibilities :

Build and maintain n8n workflows, triggers, custom nodes
Integrate APIs, REST and GraphQL, OAuth2, webhooks, pagination, rate limits
Add error handling, retries, alerts, run logs, idempotency
ETL : map, validate, and normalize JSON between apps
Lead capture, scoring, routing, enrichment, deduplication
Marketing and sales ops automations to CRM and analytics
Secrets management and env separation, dev, stage, prod
Write specs and diagrams, keep versioned docs current
Monitor latency and costs, tune nodes and concurrency
Maintain reusable subflows and naming standards
Enable teammates with safe runbooks and RBAC

Minimum Requirements

2 plus years building production automations in n8n or similar, for example Make, Zapier, Airflow, Prefect

Strong JavaScript or TypeScript, Function and Code nodes

Solid API skills : verbs, auth flows, HMAC, webhooks, cursors

Data skills : JSON schema, regex, date math, timeouts, retries

Basics of queues and backoff strategies

Experience with CRMs and marketing stacks, Zoho or HubSpot or Salesforce, Meta and Google Ads, GA4 or GTM

Git proficiency and clear documentation

Nice To Have

Custom n8n node development

Docker or Kubernetes

SQL, PostgreSQL or BigQuery

Redis or RabbitMQ or Pub Sub

Privacy familiarity, GDPR or CCPA

WhatsApp, Twilio, Telegram, Slack, Gmail, Sheets, Airtable, Shopify, WooCommerce
