About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead all creative direction needs across branding, digital, video and retail experiences. This role is ideal for a visionary who can craft compelling narratives, ensure design consistency, and bring the brand’s aesthetic to life through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain ate’s visual identity across all platforms.
- Design marketing materials, including social media content, packaging, website assets, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Video, marketing and retail teams to craft engaging brand storytelling.
- Oversee the execution of ad campaigns, email marketing, and digital experiences.
- Manage and align creative projects using structured workflows (e.g., Gantt charts).
- Work closely with the founders to ensure designs align with brand strategy and goals.
- Ensure high-quality execution of product packaging, retail displays, and event branding.
- Stay ahead of design trends to continuously enhance the brand’s visual appeal.
