About the Role

Our team is seeking an experienced Medical Coder to review patient medical records, ensure compliance with privacy standards, and convert clinical documentation into standardized medical codes.

This individual will be responsible for reviewing inpatient medical records and assigning accurate ICD-10-CM and PCS codes. Additionally, they will apply a thorough understanding of medical necessity, DRGs, and APRs to ensure accurate claims processing.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
