As a Catalog Manager, you will lead the end-to-end catalog management process, from product onboarding to SKU validation and product listing optimization. You will ensure that each product is accurately represented with complete attributes, images, descriptions, and categorization. Your efforts will directly influence search visibility, customer engagement, and conversion rates. This role requires hands-on experience in catalog operations, strong knowledge of SKU / Skuid lifecycle management, and the ability to work with internal systems as well as marketplace platforms. You will also collaborate with multiple stakeholders to maintain catalog accuracy, support new product launches, and build scalable processes that improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete catalog management lifecycle, including product onboarding, SKU creation, and category mapping.
- Manage and monitor product listings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal and marketplace standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather product information, validate data, and update listings as required.
- Optimize product listings with correct attributes, keywords, and metadata to improve search performance and visibility.
- Maintain catalog hygiene by conducting periodic audits, identifying gaps, and correcting incomplete or inaccurate information.
- Develop and implement catalog standards, templates, and processes that enhance operational efficiency.
- Create and manage SKUs / Skuid structures to support product grouping, variants, and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate with merchandising and marketing teams to support promotions, product launches, and category expansions.
- Utilize analytics to monitor performance metrics such as indexing, impressions, catalog completeness, and accuracy.
- Ensure all catalog operations are aligned with business goals, customer expectations, and platform requirements.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Minimum 4 years of experience in cataloging, product listing, SKU / SKUID management, or e-commerce catalog operations .Strong understanding of catalog processes, taxonomy, and product content optimization.Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of product data without errors.Experience working with catalog management tools, PIM systems, or marketplace dashboards.Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset to identify catalog gaps and opportunities for improvement.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Good communication, problem-solving skills, and a structured approach to managing catalog workflows.A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to build scalable catalog processes.
