Overview
The Warehouse Assistant Manager supports the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, staff supervision, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

- Assist in planning and executing daily warehouse operations.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff to maintain productivity and safety.
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular physical counts.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with other departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Implement and oversee quality control procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff.
- Help achieve financial goals by optimizing resource use and reducing waste.
Required Skills & Qualifications
4 to 6 Years of Experience.Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics.Strong leadership and team management skills.Familiarity with inventory software and warehouse management systems.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.Certification in warehouse or inventory management.Experience with lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
