- The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions.

Associate Process Manager Role & Responsibilities :
Responsible for the day-to-day supervision of leave and attendance monitoring in accordance with organization policy.End-to-end responsible for managing payroll inputs (Attendance and Leave) and managing queries of employees on leave and attendance.Team handling and employee query resolution.Managing attendance and resignation for apprentices in Naps.Maintaining and publishing data as per business requirements.Send the data required to process the reimbursement payment of the Apprentice from the government.Maintaining and publishing apprentice report as per business requirements.Technical and Functional Skills :
Master's Degree with at least 4+ years of experience.Experience required in payroll management and leave and attendance roles.Good knowledge of Excel and experience in preparing various trackers.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.Strong analytical skills and experience using and presenting data to make decisions.(ref : iimjobs.com)
