Role Description

Rasoi Robotics plans to launch a pilot restaurant utilizing the automated equipment ecosystem it has developed.

This is a full-time, remote role for a Co-Founder , preferably based in Mumbai or Bangalore . The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing operations in a small to mid-sized organization . Practical experience is valued more than formal education.

The Co-Founder will be responsible for strategic planning, business development, and operational management of this new concept. Key responsibilities include :

• Driving R&D and operational initiatives .
• Conducting market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Strengthening internal and external communication channels .
• Making data-driven decisions to propel the company forward.

The role demands extensive collaboration with stakeholders and active contribution to the company’s long-term vision .
