We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead the complete HR function for our rapidly growing manufacturing and export organization based in Surat .

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in factory HR, labor law compliance, recruitment, training & development, performance management , and handling large teams in the textile / garment or manufacturing sector .

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead HR strategy, policy implementation & organizational development
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for factory & office
• Manage factory HR operations : shifts, attendance, grievance management
• Oversee compliance : labor laws, audits (BSCI / SEDEX / ISO)
• Improve employee engagement, culture & workplace discipline
• Implement HRMS, payroll coordination, and data-driven HR processes
• Drive performance management systems and supervisor development
• Support expansion and manpower planning for growing units
