Job Description

A Service Engineer is a responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment and machinery used in bolt production.

Install and set up CNC machines, threading machines, forging presses, and bolt-making equipment.

Ensure proper calibration and alignment of machines.

Conduct test runs to verify performance before handing over to production teams.Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to avoid machine failures.

Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults in machines.

Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with suppliers for replacements. Identify and resolve issues in thread rolling machines, heat treatment systems, and coating lines.

Work on PLC programming, sensors, motors, and gear mechanisms.

Provide technical support to operators and maintenance teams.Maintain records of maintenance schedules, service logs, and equipment manuals.

Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in machine operations.
