We’re now looking for a

Graphic Designer & Video Editor

who lives and breathes creativity — someone who can turn ideas into visuals that speak, move, and inspire.

Your Role : As our in-house

Design & Content Creator , you’ll be the visual voice of Ballad Media. From crafting scroll-stopping social media posts to editing engaging event highlight videos, you’ll be the creative soul behind our storytelling.

What You’ll Do :

Conceptualize and design visually striking

posters, social media creatives, and event announcements

Edit and produce

videos, reels, and motion graphics

for social media and brand campaigns

Work closely with the marketing and event teams to develop creative concepts and content plans

Ensure brand consistency across all visuals and media

Manage design assets and maintain creative workflows

Contribute fresh ideas and keep up with design & social media trends

What We’re Looking For :

Strong command over

Canva

and

Adobe Premiere Pro

(bonus if you know Photoshop / After Effects)

A creative thinker with a good sense of layout, typography, and storytelling

Understanding of digital aesthetics and social media trends (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about visual communication
