Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Product Manager - Pharmaceuticals based in Bengaluru. The Product Manager will oversee product lifecycle management, including market research, strategy development, and execution. Daily tasks involve coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing product launches, and monitoring product performance. The role also includes developing marketing strategies, competitor analysis, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Experience

4-5 years of experience in product manager in Pharma industry or in the pharma sales field is mandatory.

Qualifications

Market Research and Strategy Development skills

Product Lifecycle Management, including Product Launch and Performance Monitoring experience

Marketing Strategy Development and Competitor Analysis skills

Strong understanding of Regulatory Standards and Compliance

Excellent communication and team coordination skills

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field

MBA or Professional Certification in Product Management is a plus
