Key Responsibilities :
Assist the Company Secretary in managing compliance with legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
Support in organizing board meetings, preparing agendas, drafting minutes, and following up on action items.
Assist in drafting resolutions, agreements, and other legal documents.
Conduct research on legal and regulatory developments impacting corporate governance.
Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, regulators, and legal advisors as needed.
Provide administrative support for secretarial and compliance functions.
Requirements :
Currently pursuing a qualification in Company Secretary (CS).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
