We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to lead our content strategy and digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing content that engages our target audience, strengthens our brand, and drives measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, brand voice, and target audience.
- Manage and grow social media channels (, Instagram, Twitter / X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) with engaging content and campaigns.
- Plan, create, and distribute high-quality content including blogs, articles, videos, infographics, newsletters, case studies, and whitepapers.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform content ideas and social strategies.
- Manage content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content across platforms.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and recruitment teams to produce targeted campaigns and thought-leadership content.
- Track, analyze, and report on content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, lead generation, SEO impact).
- Optimize content for SEO and implement strategies to improve search visibility and website traffic.
- Oversee paid social campaigns and ensure ROI-driven results.
- Build partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and content creators to extend brand reach.
- Ensure c onsistency in brand messaging across all communication channels.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.2–5 years of proven experience in social media management and content marketing .Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention to detail.Hands-on experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools.Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and content optimization.Demonstrated ability to run paid social campaigns ( Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social and content analytics.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and content formats.
