Techsara Solutions is building an internal Salesforce-powered product to scale our recruiting operations end-to-end—Experience Cloud portals, Sales & Service processes, integrations, analytics, e-sign, invoicing & payments, and more. We’re hiring

Flow-first Salesforce Developers

who can design robust automation, ship usable features quickly, and own outcomes.

What you’ll do

Design & build with Flows first :

record-triggered, screen, autolaunched, subflows, scheduled paths, asynchronous / “after save” patterns, error handling, invocable actions.

Own Experience Cloud features :

secure guest / auth user access, file sharing, page layouts, audiences, and performance.

Ship Sales Cloud & Service Cloud enhancements :

data model, dynamic forms, page performance, case & lead processes, omni-channel, quick actions, and approval flows.

Integrate third-party systems :

External Services / Named Credentials, REST / SOAP, Platform Events; build Apex invocables when Flow can’t cover the gap.

Apex & LWC (as needed) :

bulk-safe triggers / classes (queueable / batch), utility services, custom invocable actions, lightweight LWCs / screens to complement Flows.

Quality & security :

unit tests with meaningful coverage, Jest (if LWC used), CRUD / FLS / sharing enforcement, guardrails for limits.

DevOps & collaboration :

Git / GitHub with DevOps Center / Copado, PR reviews, sandbox strategy, release notes, and partnering closely with QA from design to sign-off.

Must-have qualifications

3–8 years

hands-on Salesforce development with a

Flow-first mindset .

Strong experience in

Experience Cloud ,

Sales Cloud , and

Service Cloud .

Proven expertise designing

robust record-triggered Flows

(bulk-safe, scalable, fault-tolerant).

Working knowledge of

Apex

(triggers / classes, async patterns) and

LWC

for targeted use cases.

SOQL / SOSL

mastery and governor-limit–aware design.

Integrations via

REST / SOAP , External Services, Platform Events, and Named Credentials.

Certifications : Admin

and / or

Platform App Builder

or

Platform Developer I

(strongly preferred).

Nice to have

Flow Orchestrator, Shield / security review, Data Cloud basics.

DevOps Center or Copado; PMD / SonarQube; GitHub Actions / Jenkins.

Experience with Slack / Google / PandaDoc / QuickBooks / Zoom integrations (or similar).
