Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate, located in Tiruchirappalli. The Sales Associate will be responsible for attending to customers, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable products and solutions. They will manage sales transactions, maintain inventory records, and ensure product displays are well-maintained. The role will also involve following up with customers, addressing their queries, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service skills, including the ability to identify customer needs and propose appropriate solutions
• Basic inventory management skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Ability to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli
• Relevant experience in retail or an equivalent environment is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales software is a plus
