About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of HR to lead our Human Resources function and drive people-centric initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a proven track record in HR strategy, talent management, culture-building, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, HR Operations, and Employee Engagement functions.
• Build a strong performance management framework and ensure consistent implementation across teams.
• Drive organizational culture, employee satisfaction, and retention initiatives.
• Oversee HR policies, compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Lead workforce planning, succession planning, and capability development.
• Manage compensation & benefits strategy for internal fairness and market competitiveness.
• Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on people-related matters.
• Ensure smooth HR operations including onboarding, HRMS, payroll coordination, and grievance handling.
• Foster a positive workplace environment that aligns with company values.
