Your Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor of Architecture
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with firms specializing in workplace design and / or luxury multidisciplinary spaces.
- Experience in handling for large architectural / institutional / industrial projects and / or workplace design / corporate interiors is essential.
- Strong knowledge of the design process, including MEP, technical systems, furniture systems and specifications, colour and materials.
- Outstanding graphic presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp required, 3-D Studio Max preferred.
Your Role :
Collaborate on architectural institutional, industrial projects along with commercial interiors & workplace projects, including programming client needs, concept design, schematic design, design development, and manage budget / schedule reviews.Develop space planning concepts and generate program documents during the various stages of a project.Participate in selection of furniture systems and specificationsProvide project team coordination for the finished plans, specifications, and material selections required for constructionUtilize technical knowledge and delivery experience for effective documentation and detailingWork with specialists & consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectivesParticipate in the construction administration of projects and review of submittals and finish samplesManage client expectations, and coordinate team and consultant communicationsMust Haves :
