Description
- Core responsible areas are :
o Completing / managing Vendor Forms, Reporting o Template-based drafting of proposals
Work with proposal lead to draft tailored content
Using content repository software to complete first drafts of proposals
Ensure proposal quality and complianceCentralize and standardize RFP content via online platformo Content repository maintenance, cleanup and updates
o Archive information and keep repository up to date
Formatting and basic design for Power Point PresentationsCreate new and update employee resumes and project sheets as neededEnsure consistent look and feel for all submittalsProposal automation testing in Salesforce (UAT)Job Qualifications :
Must be a Degree holder (Graduate) any discipline (marketing / communications or business-related field preferred)Successful candidate should have 1 -4 years (for Professional role) & 3-10 (for Sr Professional role) experience in a sales, business development or marketing environment with experience reading, comprehending, organizing and writing professional and technical documentationPrior experience of having worked in consulting industry or CPG is desiredStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint etc.) / office management softwareExperience working with a content repository tool (e.g., Loopio) considered an assetExperience working with Government proposals is desiredExcellent project coordination skills and understanding of key business processesSupport professional, Proposal Management resources and be a go to person for providing guidance and additional details as neededAbility to accurately proof-read documents desiredStrong verbal and written communication skill (English)Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to analyze highly-detailed documents and identify requirementsStrong organizational skillsUnderstand best practices for PowerPoint PresentationsCoreLogic's Diversity Commitment :
