SCADA Commissioning Engineer

The SCADA Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end commissioning, configuration, validation, and integration of SCADA systems for utility-scale solar and wind power projects. The role ensures reliable data acquisition, seamless communication between field devices and control systems, and adherence to safety, cybersecurity, and quality standards. The engineer will work closely with the Design, Projects, Electrical, and Asset Management teams to ensure successful SCADA deployment and handover.

1. SCADA System Configuration & Commissioning

• Configure, test, and commission SCADA systems including RTUs, PLCs, data loggers, gateways, and communication hardware.
• Perform point-to-point I / O checks, logic validation, system integration testing, and data flow verification.
• Commission protocols such as Modbus, IEC 60870-5-104, DNP3, OPC , TCP / IP, RS485, Ethernet.
• Ensure integration of SCADA systems with plant-level and central monitoring systems.
