ServiceNow IT Professional

We're seeking an experienced professional to design and develop customized ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the IT Service Management (ITSM) modules and hands-on experience with customization, scripting, and integrations.

The role requires strong technical proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including workflows, automation, APIs, and portal customization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, Develop, Configure, and Customize Solutions
• Work across ITSM modules : Incident, Change, Problem, and Knowledge Management
• Develop Workflows, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies
• Create REST Integrations and Develop Custom APIs
• Customize the Service Portal to Improve User Experience
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to Gather Requirements
• Ensure Solutions Follow ServiceNow Best Practices
• Participate in Testing, Troubleshooting, and Resolving Platform-Related Issues

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Hands-on Experience with ServiceNow ITSM Modules
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Scripting Components
• Experience with REST Integrations and Developing Custom APIs
