Job Title : ServiceNow Developer – ITSM

Location : Pune

Experience : 3–5 Years

Certification : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and skilled ServiceNow Developer (ITSM) to join our growing team at InputZero Technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation within the ITSM suite, and a strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM solutions based on business requirements.
  • Customize and configure forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and notifications.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST / SOAP APIs.
  • Support upgrades, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
  • Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, process owners, and business analysts.
  • Maintain code quality, reusability, and adherence to ServiceNow development standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer with focus on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript, Glide scripting, UI actions, and Flow Designer.
  • Proficient in ServiceNow configuration and customization.
  • Experience with Service Catalog, Reports, and Dashboards.
  • CSA certification is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
  • Exposure to Agile methodology and version control tools (e.g., Git) preferred.

    • Good to Have :

  • Additional certifications such as CIS–ITSM, CIS–Discovery, or CIS–Service Mapping.
  • Experience in ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and implementation.
