About the Role

We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with strong expertise in Tableau and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery, Billing Exports).

This role combines technical depth with business partnership skills, requiring you to engage stakeholders, gather reporting requirements, and guide an offshore BI development team to deliver high-quality dashboards and analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and optimize Tableau dashboards with advanced features (LOD expressions, calculated fields, parameterization, data blending).
• Architect and manage BigQuery datasets and models for scalable reporting.
• Work with GCP services including BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Cloud Composer, and Billing Exports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
• Lead and mentor offshore BI teams, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dashboards and reports.
• Ensure performance tuning, governance, and compliance in BI solutions.
• Present insights and dashboards to both technical and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and impact.
