Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced AVEVA (OSIsoft) PI System & CONNECT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands-on experience in deploying, integrating, migrating, and supporting the AVEVA PI Suite of applications for clients across multiple industries including Energy, Mining, Chemicals, and Pharmaceuticals . The role involves system implementation, governance, validation, training, and stakeholder coordination to deliver high-quality, customer-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Deploy, configure, and manage AVEVA (OSIsoft) PI System components including PI Server, PI AF, PI Vision, PI Interfaces, and PI Connectors.

Execute PI System integration, migration, and upgrade projects , ensuring adherence to best practices and security guidelines.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for global customers, resolving complex issues related to system performance and data flow.

Implement governance, GxP compliance, and Computer System Validation (CSV) processes for regulated environments.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions for site engineers and business users on AVEVA PI tools and functionalities.

Apply Agile project management methodologies to ensure timely and efficient delivery of tasks.

Lead and mentor a team of engineers , fostering collaboration, prioritizing work, and ensuring quality outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

8–10 years of experience working with AVEVA (OSIsoft) PI System in enterprise environments.

Proven expertise in PI System architecture, administration, and troubleshooting .

Experience in AVEVA CONNECT platform implementation and support.

Strong understanding of data integration, historian management, and industrial automation systems (PLC / DCS / SCADA) .

Knowledge of GxP, CSV, and regulatory compliance standards .

Excellent communication and client-facing skills with a focus on customer satisfaction .

Ability to work effectively in global and cross-cultural teams .

Leadership experience managing a small technical team is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications :

AVEVA / OSIsoft PI System Certification .

Experience in Energy, Mining, Chemical, or Pharmaceutical industries.

Familiarity with cloud-based data infrastructure and digital transformation initiatives.
