The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire project delivery he / she entrusted with.

Responsibilities :

• Architectural Design : o Develop and implement robust application architectures that align with the client’s strategic objectives and programs. o Design system components, modules and interfaces for new and existing applications.
• Technology Strategy : o Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks and platforms to optimize application performance and scalability. o Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative solutions.
• Development Oversight : o Provide technical leadership to development teams throughout the application lifecycle. o Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols and best practices in software development.
• Integration and Interoperability : o Design applications with a focus on integration with other government systems and services. o Ensure interoperability and seamless data exchange between different platforms.
• Quality Assurance : o Establish and enforce quality assurance processes, including code reviews and testing protocols. o Identify and resolve architectural issues and performance bottlenecks.
• Documentation and Communication : o Prepare detailed architectural documentation, technical specifications and design guidelines. o Collaborate with stakeholders, including government departments and external partners, to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
• Security and Compliance : o Implement security measures to protect applications from vulnerabilities and threats. o Ensure compliance with government regulations, policies and standards related to software development.
