About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead AI / LLM Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and GenAI solutions. This role will focus on LLM fine-tuning, prompt optimization, model evaluation, and production deployment for real-world enterprise use cases.

You will lead a small team of ML and AI engineers, collaborating closely with product and architecture teams to deliver scalable and intelligent AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of AI and GenAI projects — from data preparation to deployment.
• Design, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases.
• Build and manage RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and agentic AI systems .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into production environments.
• Evaluate model performance, optimize accuracy, and ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to building the internal AI knowledge base.
• Stay updated on the latest research in GenAI, multimodal learning, and transformer architectures.
