Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and report operational and business data across departments. You will play a critical role in helping management make data-driven decisions by maintaining accurate records, dashboards, and performance reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize operational data from different teams (sales, marketing, operations,)
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Create and maintain dashboards and trackers (Excel / Google Sheets).
• Monitor key metrics such as revenue, bookings, cancellations, and customer feedback trends.
• Automate recurring reports and improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather data and validate performance numbers.
• Support management in ad hoc data analysis and business insights.
