🚧 Hiring : MEP Engineer – Commercial Building Project 🏗️

We are looking for a skilled MEP Engineer to join our project team for a high-rise / corporate / mixed-use commercial building project .

If you excel in coordinating Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing systems at site, this role is for you.

📍 Location : Bangalore.

📑 Employment Type : Full-time | Site-Based

🔧 Role Overview

• Execution & supervision of MEP works as per drawings & specs
• Coordination with consultants, subcontractors & design teams
• Review of MEP shop drawings, material submittals & method statements
• Monitoring of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire-Fighting installations
• T&C support and final sign-off of MEP systems

🎯 Qualification & Experience

🎓 Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years OR Diploma with 8+ years in MEP engineering

🏗️ Experience in commercial building projects is mandatory

🔹 Knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, NBC & local building codes

🔹 Experience with global EPC / PMC firms is an added advantage
