What You'll Do

Provide support to international customers via voice and / or chat / email.

Resolve queries with a focus on first-contact resolution.

Communicate effectively in fluent English with professionalism and empathy.

Work with internal systems and CRM tools.

Excellent English communication skills – written & spoken.

Willingness to relocate to Jaipur.
