About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, detail orientated finance professional to own and streamline the financial backbone of our company. This role is critical in ensuring our financial systems, compliance, and reporting run smoothly and with precision as we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and reporting on Zoho Books.
- Oversee payments, reconciliation, and movement across multiple bank accounts.
- Create and process invoices, POs, credit notes, and automate related workflows.
- Own monthly MIS preparation and track financial KPIs against budget.
- Implement and monitor the compliance calendar (CA, CS, statutory filings).
- Support due-diligence readiness and maintain all financial documentation.
- Drive financial process automation and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or similar roles.Hands-on experience with Zoho Books or similar accounting platforms.Strong understanding of compliance, audit, and budgeting workflows.Meticulous, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally with speed and ownership.
