Healthcare Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience recruiting clinical staff (RNs preferred), strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of healthcare staffing and compliance in the US.

Key Responsibilities

Source, screen, and place qualified clinical professionals (RNs, LPNs, Allied staff).

Manage the full recruitment cycle-job postings, sourcing, interviews, credentialing, and offers.

Build and maintain candidate pipelines through job boards, networking, and referrals.

Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing and credentialing standards.

Foster long-term relationships with candidates to improve retention and redeployment.

Qualifications

1+ years of US healthcare recruitment experience.

Knowledge of healthcare staffing practices and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
