Purpose of the Role :

The Automation / Integration Architect will lead enterprise-wide automation initiatives using Microsoft Power Automate, RPA, AI / ML, and low-code platforms to enhance operational efficiency. The role focuses primarily on business process automation while ensuring seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Focus (Primary – 70%)

• Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Automate, RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere), and AI-driven technologies.
• Automate critical business processes across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Commercial functions.
• Lead hyper-automation initiatives integrating AI, chatbots, OCR, and workflow automation into business operations.
• Develop and deploy low-code / no-code automation solutions to accelerate digital transformation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and GxP regulations for all automation initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
