Key Responsibilities : -

Responsible for owning retention of user cohorts, minimizing churn and improving LTV :

The core ownerships areas will be :

Strategy : Work with team to determine a clear strategy for user Retention and lifecycle management

Creative + Messaging : Work with creative team to design the messaging, content and creative angle for the engagement and revenue boosting campaigns

Lifecycle Management : Work with teams to determine user lifecycle and take concrete steps for plugging the gaps - own Activation, Retention, Revenue and Referrals

Execution : Should be hands-on in setting up campaigns and experiments, landing pages, emails etc.

Monitoring on campaign impact : Daily monitoring and optimizing of the campaigns - win an inch everyday attitude

Data obsession : Review the data daily to determine next course of action

Scale : Build for scale

Desired Skills and Experience : -

• Have complete exposure to build automation journeys / segmentation / personalization in Clevertap or similar tools.- Data driven decision making- complete understanding of retention cycle & metrics & ROI.- Proven project deliverables which drove ROI- Should be from B2C industry - Experience : 3-8 years of relevant experience.
• Communication :   Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English | Can effectively express his / her thoughts | Great people skills -  Should be comfortable with tools like
• Clevertap or MoEngage
• Email Marketing
