Job description

Technical Expertise Required

JD – DevOps Engineer & Expert

Terraform mastery for advanced infrastructure management and

modularization.

Deep understanding of Kubernetes internals and cluster management at scale.

Advanced scripting and automation skills (Python preferred).

Expertise in GitLab CI / CD and pipeline optimization across multi-project

environments.

Strong knowledge of cloud platforms with a focus on Azure (multi-cloud

knowledge a plus).

In-depth experience with secret management systems (Hashicorp Vault, Azure

Key Vault).

Familiarity with zero-trust architecture and secure infrastructure design.

Operational expertise with Linux, container runtimes, and debugging complex

system failures.

Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or

equivalent.

Understanding of observability stacks—metrics, logs, tracing—and their

integration.

Experience in compliance-driven environments (ISO, SOC2) and implementing

supporting infrastructure.

Role Dynamics

Act as a cross-functional leader across infrastructure, security, and

development teams.

Serve as a technical mentor and role model for DevOps engineers.

Participate in executive-level planning for infrastructure growth and

modernization.

Support high-impact decisions and act as a critical incident escalation point.
