We are building a new CRM Practice to complement our websites business, with a focus on Salesforce, Dynamics, and Zoho platforms.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Zoho Architect / Principal Consultant to lead our Zoho practice. This role combines hands-on delivery, solution design, and mentoring with the opportunity to work directly with U.S. clients. You will help build repeatable government workflow solutions (e.g., Lost & Found, FOIA requests, Housing applications) in Zoho CRM and Creator, and set the foundation for a scalable $3M CRM business line.Key Responsibilities- Solution Design : Architect end-to-end Zoho solutions across CRM, Creator, Desk, Analytics, and Flow.- Configuration & Development : Hands-on build of modules, workflows, Deluge scripts, APIs, and integrations with external systems (websites, payments, ERPs).- Prototyping & IP Development : Work with CEO and U.S. practice leads to create reusable Gov Templates (Lost & Found, Case Management, Complaint Tracking).- Client Engagement : Join daily standups and workshops with U.S. clients; translate business processes into scalable CRM solutions.- Knowledge
