Test Automation Delivery Consultant

Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Test Automation Delivery Consultant to lead advisory and delivery initiatives for enterprise clients. With a strong background in Java-based automation, Qualitia, API / UI test strategy, and test optimization, this role serves as a trusted advisor and delivery lead, helping organizations enhance software quality while reducing testing effort and timelines.

You will work closely with QA leads, automation engineers, DevOps teams, and product owners to unlock the full potential of automation frameworks, especially Qualitia, and ensure test strategies are business-aligned, technically sound, and outcome-driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients for adopting and optimizing automation strategies.
• Conduct tailored onboarding best practice workshops and automation health checks.
• Recommend best-fit test frameworks CI / CD strategies test data approaches and reusable solution playbooks.
• Evaluate and improve client test strategies frameworks and test environments for ROI coverage and quality.
• Drive test automation and delivery transformation using Qualitia and custom Java frameworks.
• Design and implement efficient test suites across UI and API layers.
• Support teams in integrating automation into CI / CD pipelines.
• Own test planning execution governance and impact-based reporting aligned with project objectives.
• Identify and resolve current testing inefficiencies and limitations.
• Deliver data-driven quality insights with a focus on minimizing defect leakage and effort duplication.
• Align test activities with business risk timelines and feature criticality using risk-based test planning.
• Enable automation ROI measurement timeline reduction and improved stakeholder trust in quality indicators.
• Lead regular strategic check-ins with engineering QA and business stakeholders.
• Deliver clear actionable reports with business-aligned KPIs.
• Collaborate with product management customer success and engineering teams to influence platform roadmap with customer feedback.
