Who We’re Looking For :

We are seeking seasoned Risk & RegTech Consultants with deep expertise in regulatory frameworks, cybersecurity, data protection, and technology-driven compliance transformation. You will work with Aparna Kumar and senior leadership teams to advise on governance, build RegTech adoption roadmaps, and strengthen risk controls across enterprise ecosystems.

The role will involve conducting compliance maturity assessments, recommending RegTech platforms, and building frameworks that unify risk visibility, data security, and operational compliance across multi-cloud and hybrid environments.

Engagement Model :

• Retainership or Contractual basis
• Duration : 12 to 36 months per engagement (extendable depending on client portfolio and transformation program)
• Hybrid engagement model with remote collaboration and client interfacing
• Nexora provides complete pre-sales, proposal, and client coordination through its 20+ member business development and governance team
