Sales Manager - OEM and Projects

Location : Mumbai

The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving regional growth by working closely with multiple functions including marketing, division, service, and project teams. The role is focused on strengthening relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and consultants in the Mumbai region, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our customer base.

Roles description :

  • Expand and strengthen the existing customer base within the Mumbai region, contributing to sustained regional growth.
  • Manage and develop relationships with OEMs, EPCs, and consultants within the assigned customer segment.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Division, Service, and Projects to ensure aligned business objectives.
  • Monitor, track, and follow up on project inquiries and submitted quotations to drive conversion.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and improve market penetration.
  • Provide technical sales support across the product portfolio, maintaining a strong understanding of both current and new product offerings.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while actively contributing to team Qualification : B.E Instrumentation and Control
  • Experience : 8 - 10 years of experience in Sales
  • Strong industry process knowledge
  • Experience in the instrumentation products like Valves, Flowmeters, Flow Meter sizing / Selection, Water Quality Analysers, Automation.
  • A customer-centric mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, commercial acumen,innovativeness, ability to handle tough situations, problem solving and presentation skills
