SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant
Role Description Design build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
Must Have Skills
o SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification and project experience
o Working knowledge of HR Business processes and Fit to standard knowledge
o Requirement Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and document system requirements
System Design Design and configure the SAP Employee Central module to align with business processes
System Integration Integrate SAP Employee Central with other modules and external systems to ensure seamless data flow
Key Responsibilities
o SuccessFactors Team lead
o Must have 2 end to end implementation support experience in SAP SuccessFactors
o Experience in requirement gathering Working onshore offshore model
Technical Experience
o A Minimum of 5 years on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Report Development Develop and maintain HR reports utilizing SAP Employee Centrals reporting tools
Data Analysis Analyze HR data to identify trends generate insights and support decisionmaking processes
