(All selected candidates will be on GVCC payroll but will be working exclusively for SkyGloss.)

About the Role

This role is a blend of strategic social media management and hands-on video editing. You’ll be responsible for managing SkyGloss’s online presence across platforms, creating content that resonates with our audience, and producing high-quality videos that showcase our brand, products, and community.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and .
  • Create engaging content (reels, stories, carousels, shorts, behind-the-scenes).
  • Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize content based on insights.
  • Stay on top of automotive, lifestyle, and social media trends to keep SkyGloss ahead of the curve.

Video Editing

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for campaigns, ads, product demos, and customer stories.
  • Work with raw footage to create engaging reels, shorts, and long-form content.
  • Add transitions, effects, captions, and background music for impactful storytelling.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all video and creative outputs.

    • Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in social media management and video editing .
  • Proficiency with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and other social media algorithms.
  • Creative mindset with strong storytelling ability and visual aesthetics.
  • Basic graphic design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) are a plus.
  • Passion for the automotive / lifestyle industry is highly desirable.
