About the Role :

We're looking for a hands-on and technically strong Senior professional in Analytics + Data Science / AI to build and deploy data-driven solutions that power business decisions. You'll work across business functions to design models, run experiments, and generate insights that influence growth, product, and operational Develop, test, and deploy ML / AI models for prediction, optimization, and automation.

• Design and maintain data models and analytical frameworks to support business initiatives.
• Own end-to-end Analytics + DS / AI projects - from problem definition to actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Growth, and Category teams to identify key opportunities and define measurable outcomes.
• Automate recurring data workflows and improve pipeline efficiency.
• Contribute to scalable and reusable data science infrastructure.
• Document and present findings to both technical and business 4-5 years of experience in Analytics + DS / AI roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.
• Proven hands-on experience in machine learning and AI model development (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, recommendation systems).
• Solid understanding of data modeling, feature engineering, and statistics.
• Exposure to Airflow, Git, and / or data pipeline tools
• Experience with data visualization and storytelling using dashboards or BI tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently on complex problems.
• GenAI / LLM exposure is a plus.
