Position : Lead / Manager, Full Stack Development – PythonLocation : Chennai - Pune (Pimpri Location)Yrs of exp : 10-12 Yrs (Look Only same year exp Not more than that)Notice period : immediate / 15 / 30 DaysLead / Manager, Full Stack DevelopmentWe're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead / Manager, Full Stack Development to lead our engineering team. You'll be responsible for the end-to-end development of our applications, from front-end user interfaces to back-end services and data pipelines. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for building scalable, high-performance systems.Qualifications : 10-12 years of technical experience in software development, with a significant focus on full stack roles.Proven experience in a leadership or management position, leading a team of 5 or more engineers.Expertise in Python and GoLang for backend development.Strong proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem for front-end development.Extensive experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.Deep knowledge of AWS cloud services and architecture.Hands-on experience with big data technologies like Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, and Apache Kafka.Experience with machine learning frameworks, particularly TensorFlow.Familiarity with the Elastic Stack for data logging and analysis.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
