Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT HR Manager to lead our Human Resources functions. The role involves driving the recruitment and retention strategies, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the organization’s rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : Manage the recruitment lifecycle, with a focus on hiring top IT talent.
- Onboarding & Orientation : Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
- Employee Engagement : Develop and implement programs to boost employee satisfaction and retention.
- Policy Management : Draft, update, and enforce HR policies aligned with the company’s vision.
- Performance Appraisals : Facilitate employee evaluations, goal setting, and feedback processes.
- Training & Development : Identify skill gaps and organize relevant training programs for career development.
- Compliance & Documentation : Ensure compliance with labor laws and manage employee records accurately.
- Conflict Resolution : Address employee grievances and mediate workplace disputes effectively.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the IT industry.Strong understanding of technical recruitment and IT industry practices.Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.Proficiency in HR management software and tools.Sound knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
