We’re looking for a driven and disciplined Technical Recruiter who can deliver results in a fast-moving, target-based environment. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end contract hiring — from sourcing to onboarding — ensuring every requirement is handled with precision, speed, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for contract and full-time technical positions.
- Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and update trackers / ATS regularly.
- Meet and exceed weekly / monthly submission, interview, and conversion targets.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, clients, and hiring teams.
- Handle offer negotiations, onboarding, and documentation seamlessly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure fast closures and high conversion ratios.
Key Skills & Experience :
2–5 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably with contract hiring exposure.Strong sourcing skills on major platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri Resdex, Foundit, etc.)Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requirements effectively.Good understanding of modern tech stacks (Full Stack, DevOps, Cloud, Data, QA, ERP, etc.)Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Comfortable working in structured, performance-oriented systems.Performance Metrics :
Target : 2–4 contract conversions per monthSLA : 24-hour turnaround for initial CV submissionsQuality : 80% shortlist-to-interview ratioCompliance : 100% onboarding and documentation accuracy
