Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled  Software Engineer / AI Engineer  with  4–5+ years of experience  in full-stack development. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in  React.js, Node.js, JavaScript / TypeScript , and modern frontend / backend architecture.

Experience with  AI integrations, cloud services, and system scalability  is a strong plus.

Note :  The candidate should be flexible to accommodate limited U.S. time zone overlap during critical deadlines or production-related issues.

What You’ll Work On

Build and enhance web applications using  React.js & Node.js

Develop scalable APIs, backend systems, and front-end interfaces

Collaborate on database design, cloud deployments, and CI / CD

(Bonus) Work on AI / LLM integrations for next-gen interview automation

What We’re Looking For

4–5+ years of experience in full-stack development

Strong skills in  React.js, Node.js, JavaScript / TypeScript

Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL / NoSQL databases, Git

Problem-solving mindset and ability to own features end-to-end

Good to Have

Experience with AI / LLMs, GraphQL, microservices, or AWS
