Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Front Desk Representative. The Front Desk Representative will be the first point of contact for visitors, guests, and clients. Responsibilities include managing phone calls with proper etiquette, handling reception duties, supporting customer service inquiries, coordinating reservations, and ensuring smooth front desk operations. The role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills to create a welcoming and professional environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and handling Receptionist Duties effectively
• Strong Customer Service skills to address inquiries and ensure visitor satisfaction
• Experience in managing Reservations and related scheduling tasks
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
• Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent;
